  Introduction - Heat Media Pack 1) A-list access photo shoots, celebrity news, and fashion. 2) Heat offers readers exclusive access to the celebrity and "showbiz" world, giving people something to talk about on the dinner table or at the pub. 3) It offers viewers looks at the latest fashion trends and current lifestyle 4) Female - Male: 90% - 10% Average Age: 37 Age Profile: 52% aged 15/34 Segment: 50% ABC1 Martial Status: 57% married/living with partner Media Language 1) They over exaggerate most things on the cover lines with words like "shocking", "terrified", "biggest", "secret" and "exclusive". 2) Everything is pink and yellow which carries connotations of shock and surprise.   1) WWW: Dyari - a fair attempt from you - I feel like you understand and are knowledgeable of CSPs.   Introduction 1) The editor introduces Tatler as some sort of jaw-dropping, amazing beauty/fashion magazine; the way they describe it makes it sound really interesting and exciting 2) The average numbers are: Age - 41, 73% Female, ABC1 - 83%, HHI - £261k, London/SE - 70%. This information tells us that the average Tatler reader is most commonly a middle age woman, who is upper class, who also lives in London/the South East. 3) They take fashion quite seriously. They spend quite a lot on fashion, as shown by the average numbers. Around £843 million was spent on fashion alone. 4) These special editions tell us that the best demographic for Tatler readers are women who are wealthy, travel a lot and are parents. Media Language 1) The main Tatler logo is in serif, while every other piece of text on the front cover is in sans serif. Introduction to Music Videos

  1) The key conventions of music are movement, performance, narrative, visual effects, promotional devices, editing/sound, and mise-en-scene. 2) Intertexuality is referring to another piece of media in one piece of media. In other words, referencing something else within a music video/film/game. 3) 1981 4) In 1981, MTV launched; MTV was the first ever big platform dedicated to music, and it showed popular music videos at the time. They were a big part of the industry at the time as most music videos were designed to promote a band/artist's music. 5) Nowadays, music videos are posted online to sites like YouTube. MTV isn't really a popular or convenient thing anymore, as it's much more convenient to just go online and watch/listen to what you want instead of sitting through stuff you aren't interested in.
