LIAR Analysis - Film Poster

Language
The title, release date and billing block (info about the people involved, like actors, directors and/or producers) follow the standard for most movie posters. The vibrant colours shown here almost say to you that this movie is fun, exciting, and entertaining.

Industries
The film was produced by Paramount Pictures (who are very well known for their films), in cooperation with SEGA, a video game company known for their most popular franchise, Sonic the Hedgehog, which is the franchise in question that recieved a film adaptation.

Audience
This film seems like it would be targeted towards families, as Sonic the Hedgehog as a brand is recognised from parents who played SEGA's video games on retro consoles, or the kids who currently have the modern version of the franchise, playing Sonic games on recent hardware such as the Playstation, Xbox, Nintendo consoles or even PC.

Representation
This poster represents the brand well. The main image shows Sonic and his friends in a giant ring, while the main villain, Doctor Robotnik, looms over the main cast. In the background, we see a clash of blue and red, as the secondary image depicts Sonic and Knuckles in a rivalry, fighting to collect the "Chaos Emeralds", a set of items that is integral to the movie's plot.

The characters here also look quite nervous and/or always on alert, considering the setting they're in. Narrative and genre: The episode focuses on a city in the sky in which its inhabitants either fled or had their souls stolen by "Spectres", which means the city is very empty and is only really filled with children/teens. The episode also focuses on other worldly creatu
